Order Instructions:
After placing order online, e-mail us separately at vieco@earthlink.net with the below information:
A) Assorted or specific balloon color/colors. (10" balloons come only in assorted colors)
B) Ink color.
C) Date required.
D) E-mail what you want us to print.
E) Include the name on the the credit card of the order on subject line of e-mail when e-mailing us the information above.

Artwork:
Please e-mail Black and White artwork in JPEG, Adobe Illustrator, EPS, TIFF or BMP. (if sending color, photograph or grayscale artwork, see below on Halftone screens.)The size of the artwork should be approximately 8" x 8" and at least 300 dpi. PC format. For artwork sent in Adobe Illustrator or EPS, all art containing fonts, should have fonts converted to curves or outlines. Version 12 or lower. We cannot use MS word or PDF files. Artwork e-mailed should meet above criteria. Please indicate on the subject of the e-mail the name on the credit card used to place the order. Our e-mail address is vieco@earthlink.net Please note that artwork will be printed as sent so kindly send a nice and clean copy for best results. We can also modify or clean up the artwork/logo for $40.00.

Halftone screens: If artwork is sent in color, photograph or grayscale, it will print as half- tones. Half-tones and screens print with a choppy/dotty look.  Images with gradients and lighter shades of colors have a tendency to print as a rough transition of dots.  Screen tones and gradients that are set below 20% are not guaranteed to hold on printing plate and tones and gradients that are set above 40% may fill and print as 100% when on press.   It is suggested that all half-tone segments of an image be outlined with a solid thin line around the edge, as gradients and tones look jagged around edges.  Screens do not print as they appear on a computer screen, inkjet or laser printout.  Half-tones and photos are not guaranteed to print well due to the variation of tones and gradients in each individual photo.  We recommend line drawn artwork rather than photos in all cases.

We assume that art and copy submitted is in compliance with all trademark and copyright laws, and licensing, if required, has been secured. Buyer shall hold us harmless from all claims and costs arising from items printed for the buyer.
