General Information/Disclaimers:
Cancellation: No cancellation after production has begun.
Change in order - May incur charges.
Damage/shortage claims MUST be made within 5 days of receipt. Damaged or defective
items will (at our option) be replaced.
Your logo/ photo/Message will be printed as sent to us so please make sure a good and clean copy is sent. We cannot reprint, refund or discount orders with poor imprint due to the quality of the logo/ photo/Message sent to us.
Paper items are printed with inks that must evaporate to dry. The inks are dry but there may be a residual odor in the package from these vapors. This odor should it be present is not considered a defect
 
Make sure that what you are ordering is appropriate for your use.
Custom orders, Seasonal or sale items are NEVER returnable or exchangable..
Unprinted goods: Sales on certain unprinted goods are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. On goods that can be exchanged or returned (A RA# MUST be obtained from us or the package will be refused) and are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping in addition to the original shipping charges.
 
 
Shipping & Handling:
We normally ship UPS Ground. Expedited shipments are made at your request, or if required to meet your stated use date. Claims for damaged or lost shipments must be filed with the freight carrier. We will not be responsible for merchandise lost, damaged or delayed by the freight carrier. No. C.O.D Shipments.
Colors:
Due to variations in monitors, scanners, browsers, and dye lot changes by manufacturers, we cannot guarantee exact color matches with what you see on your screen or even with what you received from us in a previous order.
Artwork:
Please e-mail artwork in AI/EPS vector art. All art containing fonts, should have fonts converted to curves or outlines. Artwork e-mailed must meet above criteria. Please indicate on the subject of the e-mail the name on the credit card used to place the order. Our e-mail address is vieco@earthlink.net
Please note that artwork will be printed as sent so kindly send a nice and clean copy for best results. Please include the balloon colors, ink color and date required.
Trademarks:
We assume that art and copy submitted is in compliance with all trademark and copyright laws, and licensing, if required, has been secured. Buyer shall hold us harmless from all claims and costs arising from items printed for the buyer. Trademarks and logos contained on our website are not for sale, are for the illustration of printing capabilities only and do not represent endorsements from these companies.
Ink Odor: Screen and pad printed paper cups, napkins and coasters are printed with inks that must evaporate to dry. The ink is dry, but there may be a residual odor in the package from these vapors. This odor, should it be present, is not considered
a defect.
Ink Adhesion: Our Stadium Cups and Steins are residential top rack dishwasher safe however, due to variables beyond the factory’s
control the imprint is not guaranteed to stay on. All other items are sold as disposable.
Scuffs & Scratches: It is the nature of plastic to scuff and scratch during stacking and shipping. Clear and dark colored plastics show this the most. These scuffs and scratches are not considered a defect. If this is a concern order a random sample. However, this is still no guarantee that your product will be better or worse than the sample you received, as the scuffs and scratches are random in nature.
Product Color Variation: White napkin paper will vary in “brightness” from lot to lot. Colored napkin paper is dyed to achieve its respective color. Therefore, each lot could appear as a slightly different shade. Napkin color could “bleed” when wet. Plastic product colors may vary in color from lot to lot as well. The above stated variation is not considered to be defective.
