ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Orders are acknowledged when they are received. Questions about artwork, prices, colors, production time, ship date and delivery instructions have to be clairified and completely understood before production. The ship date for any order will be established when the order is completely clarified.

PROOFS AND SAMPLES
Paperproofs in black and white are available by fax at the cost of $15 (G) per proof. The proof approval of the paperproof must be signed and returned before production begins and that constitutes approval to proceed with production as laid out on the paperproof. Delays to proof approval may result in a change of scheduled ship date.

The proof will be sent in .JPG format at a medium resolution, which is suitable for on-screen, not reproduction.

PLEASE NOTE: The proof ultimately does not represent 100% of what the final printed piece will look like (the finished art will be of a much higher quality).

A pre-production proof is treated the same as a speculative sample and is available at an additional $15 (G) per color, plus normal screen charges.

Random samples are available for your inspection free of charge up to 2 items via UPS Ground. Addtional random samples of less than 10 items will be billed for freight and $ 5 (G) per box for special packaging. Large orders of random samples will be billed at end quantity pricing per piece in addition to special packaging and freight cost.

SCREEN AND COLOR CHANGE CHARGES
Screen charge is $38 (G) per color. Exact reorder charge is $ 10 (G) per color. Any changes made on the existing screen will be charged as a new screen. Exact PMS color matches are not available. We try to match your color selections as closely as possible using PMS numbers as a reference only. Due to the nature of cermaic colors, an exact match cannot be guaranteed. Changing from a ceramic imprint to 22K gold or platinum imprint will incur a new screen charge. Reorders should be submitted on a new purchase order and reference the previous order number and date. New screens are required for all orders shipped prior to January 2, 2002. A different screen needs to be made for ceramic, glass and stainless steel items. Imprint color change $15 (G) per change.
