Printing: All products include a one-color/one-location imprint. Plate charges are $45(X) unless specified.

Layout: Specific instructions concerning the layout and positioning of copy must be clearly stated on the order.

Color Matches: Color matches beyond our normal pallet of colors will be charged at rate of $35 (V) per color. PMS color matches are not guaranteed to be exact.

Standard Ink Colors: 485 Red, Rubine Red, 189 Pink, Pantone Yellow, Black, Cool Gray 9, White, 345 Green, Pantone Green, Reflex Blue, Process Blue, 072 Blue, 2592 Purple, 471 Brown.

Ink Changes: $25.00 (V)

Paper Proofs and Approvals of Art: Due to possible changes in digital art all orders not sending in art for reference will automatically receive a paper proof. A charge of $15(S) will apply. If proofs are not wanted, a waiver of responsibility for art errors must be supplied. Delays in responding to a paper proof will result in delayed production. Once a paper proof is approved the factory will bear no responsibility for errors. For orders that require typesetting, a proof is always necessary.

Artwork: VECTOR art must be supplied (to size) in digital format. Adobe Illustrator CS or lower, EPS, or Corel Draw 12 or lower. Text must be converted to outlines, paths, or curves. Art can be accepted via e-mail or CD. Multi-color art must be submitted with a color comp and separated (to size) with registration marks. Multi-color art that is not separated will be subject to art charges. Artwork that is to be typeset always require a proof. Art that requires 15 minutes or more (intense typesetting, not properly formatted, low resolution, and does not meet our requirements) of work will have charges applied at the rate of $50 per hour. Photocopies, letterhead, business cards, hardcopy, and faxed art is not considered to be acceptable and will require art charges and additional production time. Requests to use art submitted in "AS-IS" form must be made in writing.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Additional Run Charge: .30ea (R) per color/location when ordering in quantities above 288.

Less than minimum imprint charge: Product minimums are listed in the catalog. Imprinted orders falling below these minimums and/or when additional run charges for quantities fall below 288 are required a charge of $70 (T) per color/location will be charged. Absolute minimum 72.

Un-imprinted products: EQP (except crayons). Unimprinted products below 288 pcs will be charged at EQP plus 20%.
