Position: Business Operations Specialist
Minimum Education and Experience: Master’s Degree in Business Administration or in Marketing or equivalent (i.e. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications: Advertising & Public Relations plus 5 year of progressive work experience).
Job Description: Maintain effective operational systems to ensure reporting and payments are accurate and timely; create business operational documentation processes; responsible for preparation of monthly and quarterly reports; responsible for the creation of management reports to determine the options available to resolve potential problems in the company; participate in the creation and implementation of business software used to evaluate the companies operations; implement business software that analyzes the companies operations; use mathematical modeling to create and interpret data that assists with management; create and analyze plans that control and coordinate large projects to ensure a timely completion; gather, evaluate and review data to create the appropriate business strategy and plan company policy; evaluate business and economic factors regarding cost efficiency, risks, benefits and profitability.

Job Description: Analyzing and evaluating financial information to forecast business, industry and economic conditions in determination of investment decision; analyzing and evaluating company’s financial statements; researching and monitoring market conditions in local, regional and national areas to determine regional differences for company’s possible positioning for optimizing business performance; creating spreadsheets, charts and graphs to illustrate business status and projections to be presented to the board of directors; summarizing collected data, which describes current and long term trends in investment risks and economic influences pertinent to investments; recommending investment timing; analyzing and evaluating data for potential investment strategies for the company and modification to management’s business policies; advising management’s effective use of resources and economic strategies; and monitoring fundamental economic, industrial, and corporate developments through the analysis of data obtained from business publications and services, investment banking firms, government agencies, and trade publications.
