Claims and return goods:

• Damage/shortage claims MUST be made within 5 days of receipt. Damaged or defective items will (at our option) be replaced.
• Make sure that what you are ordering is appropriate for your use.
  
• Returns are not accepted without prior authorization (an RA# MUST be obtained from us or the package will be refused) and are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping in addition to the original shipping charges.
  
• Custom orders, Flags, Seasonal or sale items are NEVER returnable.

Colors:

Due to variations in monitors, scanners, browsers, and dye lot changes by manufacturers, we cannot guarantee exact color matches with what you see on your screen or even with what you received from us in a previous order.
